Kinds of closed circuit cooler

Induced draft closed circuit coolers

The fan sits at the outlet and draws air over the wetted coil, in crossflow, counterflow or mixed flow layouts. Choose it for wet duty on process and chiller loops.

Forced draft closed circuit coolers

The fan pushes air in at the base. Exhaust leaves slower, so warm air returning to the inlet is a greater concern; leave open space around it.
