What we collect
What you type into our forms: your name, email, phone number, company and country if you give them, and your requirement. We also keep the page you sent it from and the time.
Why
To answer you, to source what you asked for, and to keep a record of the request.
Who sees it
Roptan's team. When Roptan manages an order, we share the specification with the sellers who quote on it, not your contact details. When you post on the requirement board, member suppliers in that category see the requirement and your contact details, because the board exists so that they can contact you.
How long we keep it
As long as we are in contact about a requirement or an order, and afterwards for our business and tax records.
Your choices
Ask us at hello@roptan.com for a copy of what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it where we are not required to keep it.
Cookies
The forms set one cookie that protects them against forged submissions. We do not use advertising cookies.
