How to brief a relief and shelter tent manufacturer in Bangladesh

PE, canvas or PVC: which cover should we choose?

It depends on use and storage. The agency's PE family tent is fully synthetic and resists rot. Canvas breathes but rots under trees and is harmed by chlorine. PVC-coated polyester suits large hospital and warehouse tents, with a liner against condensation.

Is EN 13823 a tent flame test?

No. It is a reaction-to-fire test for building products, which the agency family-tent specification uses for its cover fabric. Retail camping tents use other flame specifications. Test to whatever your tender names, on the production fabric.
